We prepare engaged couples for marriage in the Catholic Church through courses inspired by and consistent with Catholic teaching.

 

At NFI, we believe in marriage.

Our goal is to help couples prepare to live their faith in their marriage, and to realise the potential for a truly joyful, lifelong union.

 

The Story of NFI

Our founders, Fiona and Peter Perrem, were a couple who exemplified the beauty and generosity of Catholic marriage.

Over many decades, they helped and counselled couples who were struggling in their own marriages, and developed the course that we now offer to those preparing for marriage.

Their inspirational leadership and fidelity to each other and to their faith continue to bear fruit in the number of presenting couples who learned so much from them and are eager to pass on that knowledge to a new generation.

NFI is a not-for-profit organisation, run entirely by volunteers

Presenting couples are not paid. Most have themselves attended NFI courses and generously offer their time and personal experience of marriage freely.
