Pre-Marriage Preparation and Training Extended Course

What happens during the session?

Each session will include a presentation by a couple on the topic listed. There will be time allowed for each couple to complete a worksheet related to the topic and then discuss the answers with each other privately.

Session 1: Deciding on Marriage: Choosing a way of life

Session 2: Communication and decision-making in marriage

Session 3: Healing hurts and handling difficult emotions

Session 4: Family of Origin: What we bring into marriage and what we need to leave

Session 5: Sex and Sexuality in Marriage - a self-gift to communicate love and life

Session 6: The Sacrament of Matrimony - preparing for your church wedding and your future life together

Session 7: Parenting and your first child

Cost of Course

The Cost of the course is €120 per couple, including the cost of lunch provided on the course. The booking deposit is €40 per couple.
